What did you do in the pandemic, Daddy?

What I didn’t do was update this website… or my Facebook author’s page… or…

But no worries. I’m back and the good news is that although it was difficult at first I have been writing and my Just Wheatley? novel is 99% complete and about to go out to publishers.

So Wheatley has negotiated his way through a murder or two, faced danger and the wrath of his superiors and found his beliefs challenged again and again.

Gwenhwyfar

I’ve been concentrating recently on a new Wheatley adventure (see ‘Just Wheatley?’) but Arthur’s Women is now entering it’s spookier part as Taliesin interrogates Gwynhwyfar’s ghost on Avalon, much to Nimue’s discomfort.

Poems 4u

I have been too quiet over the last couple of weeks. I seem to be getting nostalgic during the Covid-19 scenario (probably a good trait for an historical novelist) and have unearthed this poem called ‘Littlehampton…1964’, written when I was remembering being 16.
